L2iQ is engaged to lead the verification of the Testing & Commissioning activities for the project
on behalf of the ALTRAC Consortium. As part of this role, L2iQ is delegated accountability for the review of delivery contractor T&C activities. The role is ensures that T&C activities are satisfactorily completed in accordance with the applicable management plans and within program, identifying key risk areas requiring priority attention and applying expert knowledge to mitigate where possible.
In addition, L2iQ participated in specialist, focus disciplines for rail Systems including signalling and control, Traffic priority, SCADA, and LRV systems.
